Sarah Bisbee conducts a unique on-line legal practice in the areas of Family Law, Small Business Law, Real Estate, Wills & Estates, Landlord Tenant, and Adult Guardianship and Trusteeship law. Sarah lives in Brooks, Alberta, but her online practice allows her to serve clients all over Alberta.
Sarah has been practising law since 2010, and she has been a Registered Collaborative Lawyer for six years. Collaborative Law’s unique focus on children and on providing people with the flexibility to make decisions that work for their family drew her to Collaborative Practice. Sarah appreciates that the Collaborative approach to dispute resolution allows clients to resolve issues efficiently and in ways that they can live with, resulting in lasting agreements that work for both parents and their child(ren).
Sarah considers her clients partners in resolving their legal issues. She believes in facilitating dispute resolution processes, but leaving her clients in the driver’s seat when it comes to decision making.
