I believe in being soft on the people, and hard on the problems The best results in negotiation should aim for win-win.
I graduated from Law School at the University of Alberta in 2010. I have practiced in both urban and rural environments, and have experience in handling various kinds of family and civil matters. I have been to all levels of court in Alberta, but prefer to use the process best suited for the people and the problems. Most often the best way to fulfill interests and needs is through agreement — despite the challenges, the payoff is worth it.
I enjoy being active in various committees and community activities, and work to maintain a healthy work-life balance (and so should you!).
