We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the Canadian Collaborative Rocky Mountain Conference, which is taking place November 6-9, 2025, at the iconic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel.

Co-hosted by the Collaborative Professionals of Canada and the Collaborative Divorce Alberta Association (CDAA), this international event is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in learning more about the Collaborative Divorce process. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or new to the field, we encourage you to attend and to share this event with colleagues and others who may be interested.

This year’s theme, “Cultures of Collaboration,” will bring together thought leaders and practitioners to explore culturally responsive, innovative, and transformative models in collaborative family law.

We are honoured to welcome two inspiring keynote speakers:

  • Nancy Mannix, Chair and Patron of the Palix Foundation
  • Adam Kahane, acclaimed author of Collaborating with the Enemy: How To Work with People You Don’t Agree With, or Like, or Trust, among other masterful published books

This conference is generously sponsored by:

  • The Palix Foundation
  • The International Academy of Collaborative Professionals
  • The Law Society of Alberta, co-convener with the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta of the Re-Imagining Family Justice Services Initiative
