Brandie Andrews, MSW, RCSW is a Registered Clinical Social Worker who has a
clinical specialization in children and families and she is qualified to provide provisional
diagnoses. Brandie enjoys her role of Clinical Counsellor, Supervisor and also
Behaviour Consultant. She places strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship,
honoring safety and trust as integral in the healing journey. Brandie has been working in
the human services field for over 20 years, working directly with children, youth and
adults in therapeutic, educational and rehabilitative settings. She is passionate about
her work in the areas of: positive parenting and co-parenting, mediation, remarriage and
supporting changes in the nuclear family and step-parenting, trauma, depression,
anxiety, burnout, stress management and healthy regulation skills.
Brandie is also a certified practitioner for IACP (International Academy of Collaborative
Professional) where she works with families in the Collaborative Process in the Family
Specialist and Divorce roles. This combined with her certification in Family Mediation
provide her with the necessary skills to support families in navigating a positive divorce
with optimism and resilience where the wellbeing and interest of all parties are
considered with care and compassion and children are the primary focus.
