Danielle Collins is a partner at Latitude Family Law LLP and she practices exclusively in the area of family law. She has experience in matters involving parenting time, mobility, support, division of property claims, child protection, and representation of children and youth.
Danielle graduated from the faculty of law at the University of Alberta in 2011 and became a member of the Law Society of Alberta in 2012. She is an executive member of the Canadian Bar Association, northern family law section since 2013 and the chair for 2017-2018 as well as the Canadian Bar Association, northern child and youth section since its inception in 2018. She is also an advising lawyer for Pro Bono Students Canada and an executive member of the Just-Us Girls Youth Justice Committee.
Danielle is a registered collaborative family lawyer and a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP) and a member of the Association of Collaborative Family Professionals (Edmonton) (ACFP).
