Falasinnu, Henrietta O. LL.B., LLM

Henrietta is a Collaborative Lawyer and Mediator with 15+ years’ experience in Collaborative Family Law practice. She has appeared on uncontested and contested family matters, and has mediated and arbitrated matters. She has also acted as Counsel for the child on various family law matters.

She is a member in good standing of the Law Societies of Alberta and Ontario with a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Calgary. She holds membership in the Collaborative Divorce Association of Alberta, the Alberta Family Mediation Society and is a Chartered Arbitrator.

As a believer in giving back to her community, Henrietta has volunteered with groups including: SAIT University, Calgary Legal Guidance, the Calgary Housing Company, the Elizabeth Fry Society of Alberta, Legal Aid Alberta, the Centre for Newcomers and Rotary International.

Henrietta’s approach to family law matters is to ensure parties understand the process and the law as well as manage their expectations, time and expense as they explore the Collaborative ADR process to resolve their matters.
