Patricia P. Sealy is a senior family law lawyer with a practice focused on the negotiation and settlement of disputes. Patricia utilizes her well honed skills in Alternative Dispute Resolution techniques to assist her clients to achieve cost effective settlement without the need for court intervention. Patricia is a Mediator, Arbitrator and a registered Collaborative Law lawyer who has been practicing family law for 20 years.
Patricia’s focus in practice is to ensure her clients are well informed, provide them with opportunities to experience financial and emotional wellness post separation, and to constructively manage conflict in a manner that provides the client and their children with a healthy and stable foundation.
Patricia believes that her clients must be kept well informed and be fully educated on their options so they can make informed decisions. Patricia recognizes that both her clients and the conflicts they experience are unique, provides individualized and responsive service to address client needs and creative options to reduce conflict.
Patricia offers solutions that respects the autonomy of her clients, minimizes potential trauma to family members and encourages respectful communication between the parties.
