Timothy has been practicing since 2004 and currently practices mainly in the areas of Family Law, Real Estate and Wills & Estates. In the past he has practiced in the areas of Criminal Defence, Civil, Employment Law, and on occasion was requested to be an ad-hoc Crown Prosecutor by the Chief Crown Prosecutor. Timothy has appeared at all levels of Court in Alberta including the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of Kings’s Bench, and the Court of Appeal which is Alberta’s highest level of court. Timothy is a Registered Collaborative Family Lawyer and is happy to offer his clients an alternative to the traditional litigation route. His practical, sensitive advice is the cornerstone of his established and successful practice.
Timothy is a graduate of NAIT Forestry, he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Forest Management and obtained his Law Degree, both from the University of Alberta.
Some notable achievements are having received the Order of Athabasca University, has served two terms on Athabasca Town Council, he has numerous reported decisions, he has presented at a Legal Education Society Seminar (LESA) for lawyers across Alberta, and is the proud Father of two young daughters.
