Vincent has valued small to mid-sized businesses and provided damage quantifications since 2008, and has carried-out work in the provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, and the Northwest Territories. Vincent began his career with a national accounting and advisory firm, and later co-founded a private business valuations company. In conjunction with his partners, he also carries out commercial real estate appraisals.
Vincent has carried out business valuation engagements for purposes of litigation support, sale of business, purchase of business, tax planning, partnership buyouts, shareholder compensation, employee buy-ins, division of matrimonial property, and a variety of others. He has quantified income and damages for purposes of support payment calculations (Guideline Income calculations), business interruption, loss of business, contract dispute, and excess or additional expenses.
In 2006, Mr. Gervais received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan with majors in accounting and finance, he went on to obtain his Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation in 2011.
Outside of work, Vincent is an avid runner, reader, and father. He has been involved with the Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce Business Development Group, and the Edmonton Executive Association, and the Edmonton Business Social Networking group.
